Accessibility statement

ED Solution Tech Sagl wants its website to be usable by as many people as possible, including those who browse with a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification or custom contrast settings. This statement describes the current state, in verifiable terms.

Standard applied

Our technical target is WCAG 2.1 level AA. This reference is not a certification and does not, by itself, demonstrate compliance with all accessibility duties applicable to a particular service.

Conformance status

Overall conformance with WCAG 2.1 AA has not been established. Our checks cover specific paths and pages, not every criterion and assistive technology. We therefore do not claim full or partial conformance without a complete, documented assessment.

Measures taken

• focus styles for keyboard navigation;
• "skip to content" link at the start of every page;
• labels and error messages in the forms we develop;
• semantic structure with heading hierarchy and landmarks (header, nav, main, footer);
• alternative text for informative images;
• rules to reduce animations when the corresponding system preference is active;
• responsive layouts and browser zoom not blocked.

Known limitations

• some service and blog image descriptions may need more detail in their context;
• fields without accessible labels have been found in the external data recovery form; it also remains in Italian in other language versions. We do not control its code. You can request help using the contact details below;
• our online shop runs on a separate platform and is not covered by this statement, which concerns the https://edsolutiontech.ch website;
• older blog articles may contain tables or images without a complete text description.

Assessment method

Internal code checks, desktop and mobile browser tests and automated checks on selected pages have been carried out. They do not replace a full assessment with people using assistive technologies. We do not attest a complete screen reader audit or independent certification.
